If Phillip Island car ferry lobby really is too big to fail, previously suggested possible to get this developed but here it is, already done, even including imprimatur of Siemens.
?Could go ahead be conditional on ferry being this kind of EV(Electric vehicle) power version?
Key components are super super T3 Tesla type chargers, also perfect as contributor to stand alone power for Phillip  Island, to stop appliance damage from grid transients and brown outs, provide emergency supply to intelligent grid, quick charge EV buses and cars(slow chargers useless when hogged for long time). Could this even fit with State and Fed current pork barreling, to broaden Phillip Island appeal, properly in pole position for tourist interest?
