The EPA’s Affordable Clean Energy rule has bitten the dust thanks to the DC Circuit Court, clearing the way for Clean Power Plan V.2.0.

If Biden now changes world attitude to emission reductions, can Australia, having borrowed reduction of 26 to 28% from USA in 2015, can we now adopt USA date, as previously declared, 2025 not 2030.
