Person from Woods Hole on SBS TV news midday today, offers hypothesis, ice loss West Alaska caused albedo heating during summer, now heat returning ocean to atmosphere, tall updraft now falling over to break Polar Vortex into 2 pieces, extending much colder and further south than ever before
