One of the diseases that can befall citrus, the citrus greening disease, is one of the most severe plant diseases in the world and can affect any variety of citrus trees. Once a tree is infected, there is no cure. But we must have faith in Trade Minister Robb that he will “deliver us from evil”, the kind which allows cost cutting, lazy biosecurity, enshrined in Free Trade Agreements.
