doesn’t this sound like evidence of tipping point? Mangroves usually capture and store more CO2 than anything else, protect against coastal erosion and nursery for all kinds of marine life. Quite a worry.

This, on top of a series of outages at 18 other reactors for repairs. Older reactors are fine, this problem confined to newer designs. Many experts now retiring, repairs will take years. Even more bail out needed, from taxpayers to Edf.
