A story about Ministers Hunt and Macfarlane being generous with tax payers money, yet again, for coal industry scammers, claiming to be able to develop coal/water slurry as fuel for diesel engines, the latest  expression, on life support, for “clean coal”, to save the planet. It’s been tried since the late 1800’s and still not commercial. Being dirty still, it’s too late to bother even trying.
