Despite so much media outrage, about electricity price increases of 100%, making our power most expensive in the world, when previously most affordable, our distributor SP-Ausnet is spending up, big time, between Morwell and Wonthaggi(even Phillip island). Big price rises come from distributors “gold plating”, replacing pole and wire network, as much as $45Billion worth, Nationally, for which they’re permitted by government,  to raise prices so they get desired return on investment. SP-Ausnet is a “natural monopoly”, in our region, Singapore government public enterprise. Why have we been so apathetic about Australian government enterprise being sold off to foreign governments?
