Food and Agricultural Organization. In 2007, the panel forecast energy-efficient buildings to deliver huge,  emissions cuts: 5  to 6 Btonnes savings by 2030 at less than US$20/tonne, much higher than  estimated 1  to 2 Btonnes  savings at same cost  from forestry sector. But where are cutting fossil fuel use and building efficiency in Direct Action Plan Policy?
