Australia’s largest concentrated solar power plant officially launched

In Mildura, Australian technology builds  1.5MW system, 40 parabolic dish mirrors using ultra high efficiency(43%) PV cells as used to power satellites. Possible 100MW expansion in 2014. Projected 6.9cents/kWh by 2020.
