13MW, 260m floor to top of turbine, 216m rotor diameter, NYT don’t bother to mention power output is function of cube of rotor diameter eg twice diameter is 8 times power.

GE has deals to supply 276 turbines to what is likely to be the world’s largest wind farm at Dogger Bank off Britain.
