At G20 meeting in Japan, perfect opportunity for Australia to show some leadership by addressing the chaos of feeble, disjointed world organisations concerned with different aspects of Energy. Why are countries like Russia, China, India, Brazil excluded from OECD, IEA etc? When will the world get a unified body, especially as Saudi Arabia assumes lead role for G20 in 2020?
