LNG – crazy dependency on just one huge customer

Origin’s LNG project worries as Sinopec said unable to take gas…”Serious doubts have arisen over the ability of the biggest customer for Origin Energy’s $24.7 billion liquefied natural gas project in Queensland to take delivery of the gas…Production from APLNG… to commence next quarter. Some 7.6 million tonnes a year of the 8.6 million tonnes a year capacity is due to be shipped to China, with Kansai Electric taking the rest.” How crazy is this, such an enormous project, 85% dependent on just  one large Chinese client? And electricity demand is up in Queensland, suspicions that case is huge demand for LNG plant.
